Before becoming a seaside resort, Théoule devoted itself to fishing. It originally consisted of only thirty dwellings, and could only be reached by a small road, not a road, known as the Trayas.
Finally, Théoule saw its extension increase with the realization of the national road known as the Corniche d'Or. Stop on the Esterel's Corniche and take the time to discover the extraordinary spectacle offered by the encounter of the red rocks plunging into a sea where the blue and the green are charged with nuances according to the seasons.
By following the paths that the General Council has set up in the middle of the maquis, you will arrive on one of the four beaches nestled in the crystal clear waters.
You will be surprised by the jagged shapes of the rocks, their colors that bring us back to a tormented geological history.
